Stone baked pizza base with a mix of roasted and marinated vegetables (courgette, aubergine, red peppers, green peppers, yellow peppers), San Marzano tomato basil sauce, fresh parsley, vegan mozzarella cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.

Cooking instruction.
Pre-heat the oven at 180°/gas mark 4. Place your pizza on the middle shelf rack of the oven and cook it for 8-10 minutes. Times may vary if cooked from frozen, we suggest to defrost it 3 hours before, at room temperature, to reach the best result.
Shelf life
Our products are made to order and delivered fresh. They last for 3 days in the fridge or they can be frozen for up to 3 months.
