BBQ Pulled Pork


Pulled pork smoked for 6 hours and slowly cooked for 9 hours with BBQ sauce , fior di latte cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.

  • Cooking instruction

    Focaccia/calzone/filled focaccia:

    Pre-heat the oven at 180°/gas mark 4. Place your focaccia on a tray or just in the oven on the shelf rack and cook it for 8-10 minutes .

    If you don't have an oven, you can reheat it in the microwave (900watt) for 1 minute. 



    Pre-heat the oven at 180°/gas mark 4. Place your pizza on the middle shelf rack of the oven and cook it for 8-10 minutes. Times may vary if cooked from frozen, we suggest to defrost it 3 hours before, at room temperature, to reach the best result.

  • Shelf Life

    Our produce are made to order and delivered fresh , they last for 3 day in the fridge or they can be frozen for up to 3 months.

  • Ingredients

    Wheat flour, sugar, salt, water, fresh yeast (0.001%), barbecue sauce, fior di latte cheese (100% milk), pork, black pepper powder, fresh basil, rapeseed oil, extra virgin olive oil. Pulled pork: onion salt, garlic salt, mustard, celery salt, sea salt, paprika, ground black pepper, chilli powder, ground cumin, apple juice, water, red wine vinegar, worcestershire sauce, pinapple juice, honey, molasses, lemon juice.


    Allergen info: Contains mustard, molasses, gluten, may contain traces of nuts and soya.
