Smoked provola cheese, salsiccia (fresh Italian sausage), friarielli (Neapolitan broccoli, Rapini) San Marzano tomato basil sauce, fior di latte cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.
Cooking instruction
Focaccia/calzone/filled focaccia:
Pre-heat the oven at 180°/gas mark 4. Place your focaccia on a tray or just in the oven on the shelf rack and cook it for 8-10 minutes .
If you don't have an oven, you can reheat it in the microwave (900watt) for 1 minute.
Pizza:
Pre-heat the oven at 180°/gas mark 4. Place your pizza on the middle shelf rack of the oven and cook it for 8-10 minutes. Times may vary if cooked from frozen, we suggest to defrost it 3 hours before, at room temperature, to reach the best result.
Shelf life
Our products are made to order and delivered fresh. They last for 3 days in the fridge or they can be frozen for up to 3 months.
